What to do this Easter Bank Holiday

Posted on by Optioffice
Easter eggs

With the Easter holidays almost upon us, it’s time to start making plans with friends and family. We’ve had a look at some of the exciting things that are taking place across the UK this Easter and put our favourites below.

Our budget transport solutions provide pick up points across the East Midlands, so you don’t need to worry about not being able to reach your destination!

Cadbury World’s Easter Eggstravaganza!

Everyone knows that Easter and chocolate go hand in hand, so why not begin this list with Cadbury World’s Easter Eggstravaganza. Along with the amazing tour and chocolate tasting that comes with a Cadbury World ticket, you can also enjoy an Easter egg hunt around the premises along with exclusive stage shows with Freddo & Caramel Bunny! Located in Birmingham, Cadbury World is the perfect place to enjoy your break with friends and family this Easter.

Taking place during the bank holiday weekend, make sure you purchase your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

Drayton Manor

For thrill seekers, why not visit Drayton Manor this Easter? Offering special ticket prices (4 adult tickets for £80), Easter egg trails and a BRAND NEW 4D Cinema adventure, why not pull your friends together and head to Drayton Manor.

To make your day even better, our coaches and minibuses can seat up to 35 people, meaning you can take the whole group and not have to drive! Our prices are always realistic to the group size and we offer pickups throughout the East Midlands.

Visit the Theatre

Ever experienced London’s theatres? Well now’s the time to go! With some fantastic, well-known productions, such as Disney’s The Lion King, The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables and many more, you’re sure to be wowed this Easter.

Once you’re done at the theatre, why not visit one of London’s chocolate shops to get your fix this Easter. Alternatively, experience the best eggs in the city!

Easter Adventure Quest

The English Heritage is holding a whole host of Easter quests amongst their many castles this Easter. From the nearby Ashby de la Zouch castle to Kenilworth castle and further afield. You and your family can enjoy a range of activities from a dragon egg hunt and quest to crack the clues to claim your reward.

Prices vary depending on which castle you visit but are commonly the usual entry fee plus £1 for each child partaking in the quest.
